Responsible for setting the team up in the mornings, monitoring targets and supporting the team with their individual desks. Aside from that his day is filled with speaking with clients, developing business and candidate matching, and helping the business meet its targets. He joined Gigabit Group as he wanted to be part of a company that had plans to grow and develop. He didn’t want to just be another number on a spreadsheet. He has achieved this and helped others to get there too.
Zack is particularly proud of hitting his targets and progressing yearly revenues and enjoys helping trainee staff develop too.
Zack is a big Manchester United fan and his one claim to fame includes a near brush with one of the team’s most legendary players: one day when he was leaving the office and crossing the road next to the office, David Beckham came to a stop at the traffic lights with his daughter. He looked at Zack and Zack would love to say he seized the opportunity, but it was no more than a star-struck stare at David’s car as he drove off and carried on with his day.
