Adam is particularly proud to have developed and grown, starting off as a trainee consultant and working his way up to Director. Adam is a valued member of the team and has grown his role as the business has expanded internationally.

Adam enjoys training junior staff as it gives him the opportunity to meet, work with, and develop a group of bright, like-minded professionals who create an enjoyable office environment. Adam is usually at the epicentre of the office regaling people with his stories of when he backpacked across America or detailing his weekend activities. Adam is a big fan of tennis and football, and as such is constantly injured from playing. Adam’s interestingly shaped football bruises have become an office staple, and everyone offers suggestions of what celebrity they look like. The most interesting so far have included Tina Turner and Big Bird.
